Description

Sorry I don't have a higher resolution, I thought this was cool and would make for an interesting photograph, both literally and conceptually, but I only had my camera phone and not a real camera.

Due to the low resolution, you might want to view the preview size only. On my phone this looked more blue, and I think I like it better that way, so I might submit a version altered to look that way later.

Taken inside the Rappahannock Parking Deck at GMU on the visitors side. Extra irony there.
